Peter Krieger PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER Mr. Krieger comes to Adspace Networks, Inc. having most recently served as Co- Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Balducci’s, a specialty gourmet retail chain with 15 stores in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Select Nutrition Distributors, a distributor of vitamins, minerals, and supplements to the health food industry, until its sale to United Natural Foods, Inc. Prior to that, he was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Medallion Hotels, a portfolio of three and four star business hotels, which was sold to Capstar in 1998. Mr. Krieger holds an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.S. from Cornell University.

Eric Steinert EVP, CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER Prior to joining Adspace Networks Inc., Mr. Steinert was Vice President, Retail Markets at MasterCard International, where he was responsible for managing the discount, supermarket, drug, wholesale club and electronics classes of trade. Previously, he was Director of Trade Marketing at News America Marketing. Mr. Steinert holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Amanda E. Sheplee SVP, MARKETING Amanda Sheplee has been with the Adspace team for over a decade and in that time has contributed to numerous areas of the business including content strategy, retail sales initiatives and mobile integration. Most recently she has taken on the role of overseeing all marketing and research efforts. Prior to working at Adspace, Amanda honed her marketing and communications skills at a boutique public relations shop specializing in hospitality, retail and fitness verticals. She holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Ian Mirmelstein SVP, DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT Ian comes to Adspace with vast knowledge of the digital space. Over the past 15+ years he has held sales, strategy and business development roles for media companies, agencies and ad-tech firms - some of which include: Microsoft, AT&T, Innovid and The New Republic. In this new role Mirmelstein will work to define and execute Adspace's digital strategy with a focus on the company’s mobile and programmatic efforts. When not hard at work on programmatic location-based video to low-funnel, in-market intender audiences Mirmelstein is an avid golfer, skier, guitar player and Dad to 3 amazing Dudes: Casey, Owen & Ryan.
Jonny Hamilton SVP, CREATIVE & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT
Jonny Hamilton SVP, CREATIVE & CONTENT DEVELOPMENT Having spent nearly a decade at Adspace, Jonny Hamilton has developed an expertise in creating content for digital out of home. Starting as a designer, he made his way to his current position by pushing the technical and creative boundaries of our unique medium. Leading a crack team of real life millennials, he’s created a wide range of location-relevant original content that appeals to the mall shoppers. Jonny is a graduate of the Art Institute of Portland.
Kelly McGuier VP, MEDIA OPERATIONS
Kelly McGuier VP, MEDIA OPERATIONS Kelly joined Adspace in 2011 as a Production Coordinator guiding clients through the process of creative production. She quickly became involved in many other aspects of the business and shepherded internal processes and scheduling through significant portfolio growth. Now she oversees all media operations, encompassing scheduling, proof of performance and programmatic integration. Prior to joining Adspace, Kelly worked as a graphic designer in the fine arts industry and holds a B.S. in Graphic Design from the University of Cincinnati’s School of Design, Architecture, Art & Planning (DAAP).

Ye Ling Chen SVP, FINANCE Prior to joining Adspace Networks Inc. in 2009, Ms. Chen was Controller at IGA Worldwide where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting department. Ms. Chen has a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Subhash Durga VP, NETWORK OPERATIONS For the past three years, Subie Durga has been leading the Adspace Operations Team in network support and maintenance. With an eye towards the future, Subie immerses himself in the latest ad and signage technologies to improve network operations and uphold Adspace’s position as the leader in location-based video advertising. He holds a B.S. from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
