Dominick Porco - Chairman & CEO

Dominick Porco was most recently president of News America Marketing, a $1 billion division of News Corp. Mr. Porco led the team that built the in-store advertising division of NewsCorp, called News America Marketing, a multi-hundred million-dollar distribution mechanism for advertisers. He has a long and successful history of building, managing and guiding companies with a national local-advertising sales force. He is recognized as one of the most visionary thinkers in the local and national advertising marketplace.

Philip Guarascio - Board Member

Mr. Guarascio serves as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for the NFL and has been a member of the Adspace Board of Directors since July 2001. Mr. Guarascio joined the Adspace Networks board of directors shortly after his retirement on 1 May 2000 from his position as Vice President of Advertising and Corporate Marketing for General Motors Corporation. GM is the biggest advertiser in the United States, and Mr. Guarascio, as VP since July 1994, was responsible for managing worldwide advertising resources, managing consolidated media placement efforts, and working with General Motors' North American Operations vehicle divisions to increase marketing effectiveness and efficiency. Mr. Guarascio also managed corporate image advertising activities, oversaw GM Credit Card operations, and provided a marketing and advertising resource to GM business units throughout the organization.

Prior to that role, from July 1992 to July 1994, Mr. Guarascio was General Manager of Marketing and Advertising for General Motors' North American Operations. Mr. Guarascio joined General Motors in 1985 after 21 years with the New York advertising agency D'Arcy, Masius, Benton, & Bowles (formerly Benton & Bowles, Inc.). Mr. Guarascio currently serves on the boards of directors of HotJobs.com, Ltd. and Snyder Communications, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Guarascio is Chairman Emeritus of the Advertising Council and serves on the boards of the Association of National Advertisers, the Women's Sports Foundation, the Ellis Island Restoration Commission, and the American Film Institute.

Tom Blaisdell - Board Member

Tom Blaisdell has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2001. Mr. Blaisdell is a General Partner at the venture capital firm, DCM, a co-lead investor in our Series B Preferred Stock offering. Prior to joining DCM, Tom spent three years at two Internet startups, Encanto Networks and Fatbrain.com (formerly Computer Literacy). At Encanto, Tom served as Vice President of Marketing. At Computer Literacy, Tom served as an advisor to the Company from its birth in the proverbial Silicon Valley garage through completion of its first venture-backed financing, then joining the online professional bookstore as Vice President of Marketing and Editorial. Before Computer Literacy, Tom spent six years at Intuit. Prior to Intuit, Tom worked for Bain & Co. in San Francisco and Boston.

Tom holds a BSME with distinction from Stanford University, as well as an MBA with high distinction from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College, where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar.

Geoff Hamlin - Board Member

Mr. Hamlin has been a member of the Board of Directors since July 2001. Mr. Hamlin co-manages the AIG Global Sports and Entertainment Fund, L.P., which initially invested in the company's Series B round, as a co-lead, and in each successive offering of the company. Mr. Hamlin is a Partner in the private equity firm, PH Capital, which is and advisor to AIG Capital Partners, Inc.

Mr. Hamlin received his B.A. from Tufts University and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.

James Sullivan - Board Member

Mr. Sullivan has been a board member since December, 2005. Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years management experience in the communications industry. He was the founder, Chairman & CEO of Sullivan Communications, a $700 million graphic arts and promotional advertising company serving the retail, newspaper, magazine, book, and software industries. Previously, he served as President & CEO of Maxwell Communications, building that company from a startup to a $1 billion graphic arts and publishing company. Mr. Sullivan began his career with R.R. Donnelley & Sons in sales and rose through the ranks to become President of Donnelley's Magazine and Book Groups. Most recently, he served as Chairman & CEO of Printable Technologies, a software company serving the corporate procurement and publishing markets. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Adspace Networks, Inc., Printable Technologies, and WMI Holdings.

Mr. Sullivan attended the University of Maryland and the Harvard University Advanced Management Program.

James M. Gould - Board Member

Mr. Gould has been a board member since July 2007. Mr. Gould has more than 25 years experience in development, marketing, and negotiations in the areas of investment capital, banking, real estate, and entertainment. He is the Managing General Partner of The Walnut Group, a private equity fund based in Cincinnati, Ohio and New York City. He oversees many of the portfolio companies in the fund and has served on its board of directors including Build-A-Bear Workshop, Work n' Gear, Seed Media Group, Jane Cosmetics, and The O'Gara Group. Mr. Gould is also the Managing Partner of Management One, a sports management firm he founded that has represented professional athletes in the NFL and NBA, including Terry Glenn, Peter Warrick, John Browning, Damien Robinson, Sue Bird, and the late Korey Stringer. Mr. Gould is a founder and Managing Partner of Avondale Pictures and Avondale Entertainment Group. In addition, he has produced, distributed, and packaged numerous motion pictures, television and entertainment events and was a founder and partner in Triton Pictures. Mr. Gould has also developed several real estate projects through Cincinnati, Ohio and Kentucky.

Mr. Gould graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in History and Education Certificate.
