Dominick Porco - Chairman & CEO

Dominick Porco, chairman and CEO at Adspace Networks, Inc., is recognized as one of the most accomplished executives in the out-of-home advertising marketplace. Specializing in bringing new vision to existing companies, Mr. Porco came to Adspace in 2005 with a vision of a new in-mall digital media network focused on bridging the gap between consumer promotion and brand advertising.

With that vision in mind, Mr. Porco was able to spearhead a revolutionary new programming strategy for the network that integrated important and relevant shopping information with advertising. Three years later, the Adspace Digital Mall Network has grown to include 1,400 HD plasma screens in 105 Class A malls in the top DMA’s in the United States.

Prior to joining Adspace Digital Mall Network, Mr. Porco was president of News America Marketing, the in-store advertising division of News Corp Ltd. He started with the company in 1993 as a regional sales manager and was soon promoted to national sales manager and then finally to president, in 1996. Under his leadership, News America Marketing grew from a $500 million per year domestic coupon distribution company to a $1 billion per year global marketing services company.

Mr. Porco was also founder and president of Prestige Publications, Inc. In this capacity, he created a new genre of magazine publishing.

William Ketcham - Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Ketcham joined Adspace Digital Mall Network in 2005 after 30 years of media and marketing experience.  He served as Chief Marketing Officer at ESPN for ten years, and held senior brand management positions at General Foods Corp., and Pepsico, Inc., including Vice President of Global Brand Development for Frito Lay International.  He also headed his own consulting practice for eight years, specializing in brand development and research for media clients including the Speed Channel, Outdoor Life Network, and the Hallmark Channel.

Mr. Ketcham holds an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Peter Krieger – Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Krieger comes to Adspace Digital Mall Network having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Balducci’s, a specialty gourmet retail chain. At Balducci’s, he was responsible for all aspect of finance, accounting, human resources, risk management and information technology. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Select Nutrition Distributors, a distributor of vitamins, minerals, and supplements to the health food industry. Before that, he was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Medallion Hotels.

Mr. Krieger holds and M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.S. from Cornell University.

Eric Steinert - Senior Vice President, Business Development

Prior to joining Adspace Digital Mall Network, Mr. Steinert was Vice President, Retail Markets at MasterCard International, where he was responsible for managing the discount, supermarket, drug, wholesale club and electronics classes of trade. Previously, he was Director of Trade Marketing at News America Marketing.

Mr. Steinert holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
