Dominick Porco - Chairman & CEO

Dominick Porco was most recently president of News America Marketing, a $1 billion division of News Corp. Mr. Porco led the team that built the in-store advertising division of NewsCorp, called News America Marketing, a multi-hundred million-dollar distribution mechanism for advertisers. He has a long and successful history of building, managing and guiding companies with a national local-advertising sales force. He is recognized as one of the most visionary thinkers in the local and national advertising marketplace.

William Ketcham - Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

Mr. Ketcham comes to Adspace from W. Ketcham & Company, LLC, where he was president. His clients included the Speed Channel and Outdoor Life Network, and his work focused on defining positioning to both consumers and advertisers, and determining the highest potential programming. Previously, Mr. Ketcham was a vice president of global brand development at PepsiCo International, and was senior vice president of network marketing at ESPN for ten years.

Mr. Ketcham holds an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia's Darden School, and a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Peter Krieger – Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Krieger comes to Adspace having most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of Balducci’s, a specialty gourmet retail chain. At Balducci’s, he was responsible for all aspect of finance, accounting, human resources, risk management and information technology. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Select Nutrition Distributors, a distributor of vitamins, minerals, and supplements to the health food industry. Before that, he was a founder and Chief Financial Officer of Medallion Hotels.

Mr. Krieger holds and MBA from Columbia University and a BS from Cornell University.

Eric Steinert - Senior Vice President, Business Development

Prior to joining Adspace, Mr. Steinert was Vice President, Retail Markets at MasterCard International, where he was responsible for managing the discount, supermarket, drug, wholesale club and electronics classes of trade. Previously, he was Director of Trade Marketing at News America Marketing.

Mr. Steinert holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Rick DeLeon - Senior Vice President, Operations

Before joining Adspace, Mr. DeLeon built and managed global field operations and support teams at Maxager Technology, a leading provider of software solutions to help top manufacturers optimize their product mix and pricing, prioritize production problems, and prioritize capital investments.

Prior to that, Mr. DeLeon provided technical leadership in building the field support organization at Murphy, McKay & Associates, an information technology consultancy and network services provider.

Mr. DeLeon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Trinity College and served ten years in the United States Navy.

Sean P. Flanagan - Senior Vice President, Sales

Sean P. Flanagan has recently joined Adspace Networks Inc as VP Sales. For the past 5 years he worked at National Geographic Magazine, most recently as VP/ Worldwide Publisher. He was responsible for the worldwide advertising sales, financial management, strategic planning, budgeting and marketing of the English-language edition. Under his team leadership, the magazine delivered four years of growth and three consecutive years of record revenue performance in its 117-year existence.

Flanagan has 20 years of media sales management experience in delivering strategic, significant and profitable growth for such global brands as Playboy, Men's Health and National Geographic. His vision, team building leadership and customer service advocacy have played a key role in several of these world-class brands receiving top growth performance awards from Advertising Age (Magazine of the Year) and Adweek (Top 10 Magazine List - 5 time winner).

Prior to joining National Geographic in January 2001, Flanagan held management positions at Ziff-Davis Publishing, Rodale Inc. and Playboy Enterprises International. Most notably during his nine years at Men's Health, the brand experienced 800 percent growth while launching more than a dozen local-language editions internationally.

Flanagan received his communications/business degree from Villanova University. He is a two-time recipient of the Irish America "Business 100" Award (1998 and 2003) as well as the Irish Echo "50 Under 50" Award in 1997. He lives in Fair Haven, N.J.
