Greg Glenday leads Adspace’s rapid growth as the largest digital out-of-home network while also cultivating an inclusive, diverse, positive and winning organization.

Prior to Adspace, Greg spent 20+ years working in various leadership roles across media including Global Chief Revenue Officer for Shazam, the beloved music app recently acquired by Apple, the same role for digital high impact ad network, Undertone, and founder and President of iHeartMedia’s award winning Connections division focused on strategic creative partnerships with the largest brands in the world.

As a sought-after thought leader, he is a frequent speaker and contributor at industry events and conferences.

Greg serves on the boards of Adspace and MAX (Music Audience Exchange). He holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Peter Krieger PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Peter Krieger PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Peter Krieger oversees all aspects of Adspace’s Operations, Business Development, Finance and Human Resources.

Previously Peter served as Co-CEO and COO of Balducci’s, a specialty gourmet retail chain with 15 stores in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic, as well as COO and CFO of Select Nutrition Distributors, a distributor of vitamins, minerals, and supplements to the health food industry, until its sale to United Natural Foods, Inc. He was also a founder and CFO of Medallion Hotels, a portfolio of three and four star business hotels, which was sold to Capstar in 1998.

Peter serves on the board of the DPAA (Digital Place Based Advertising Association). He holds an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.S. from Cornell University.

Eric Steinert CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Eric Steinert leads the Adspace national, regional and programmatic ad sales teams to secure partnerships with the country’s biggest brands across all categories.

Prior to joining Adspace Networks Inc., Eric was VP, Retail Markets at Mastercard International, where he was responsible for managing the discount, supermarket, drug, wholesale club and electronics classes of trade. Previously, he was Director of Trade Marketing at News America Marketing.

Eric holds a B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Heawon Yoo SVP, MARKETING

Heawon (Won) Yoo oversees all aspects of Adspace marketing, including brand marketing, research, PR, and Adspace Studios, the in-house, full service, video production team.

Prior to Adspace, Won spent several years at Us Weekly, heading its integrated marketing team to develop award-winning custom digital, print and event-based programs for blue chip advertisers. Before moving into publishing, she spent 10 years in account management at advertising agencies including Deustch, Inc. and BBDO.

Won holds a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.

Ye Ling Chen SVP, FINANCE

Ye-Ling Chen leads a talented team that handles Adspace’s financial operations. She is responsible for the company’s financial records, develops policies and procedures and prepares financial reports and analyses.

Before joining Adspace in 2009, Ye-Ling was Controller at IGA Worldwide where she was responsible for managing all aspects of the accounting department.

Ye-Ling holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Subhash Durga VP, NETWORK OPERATIONS
Subhash Durga VP, NETWORK OPERATIONS

Subhash (Subie) Durga leads Adspace Operations in network support and maintenance. He oversees both the Media and Network Operation teams, ensuring Adspace’s portfolio is running efficiently at all times. He is also immersed in the latest ad and signage technologies to optimize network operations and uphold Adspace’s position as the leader in location-based video advertising.

Subie holds a B.S. from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and has worked in the digital signage industry for 10 years in a variety of roles. Previously, Subie served 12 years in the United State Marine Corps as a Staff Sergeant, with a tour in Iraq during OIF.

Jonny Hamilton SVP, CREATIVE & CONTENT / ADSPACE STUDIOS

Jonny Hamilton leads Adspace Studios in creating content for the Adspace network, from custom creative and branded content for advertisers to editorial features.

With 12+ years at Adspace, Jonny rose from motion graphics designer to his current position by pushing technical and creative boundaries to best showcase the unique attributes of the Adspace screens.

Jonny holds a B.S. from the Art Institute of Portland.

Pete Miles SVP, AD PLATFORM & OPERATIONS

Pete Miles oversees Ad Operations for Adspace’s burgeoning digital and programmatic business where his focus is on developing new paths to purchase location-based inventory and transact DOOH campaigns. He is also the company lead on technology innovation, providing advertisers with advanced solutions for data-driven audience targeting, measurement and attribution.

Pete has over 18 years experience in digital operations with previous leadership roles at Shazam, AT&T and Vibrant Media among others. Prior to joining Adspace, Pete played a central role in Shazam’s successful transition to an ad-supported model. During this tenure, he was responsible for overseeing campaign management, revenue operations and ad technology, and was instrumental in the formation of the company’s programmatic ad sales business.

Ian Mirmelstein defines and executes Adspace's digital strategy with a focus on the company’s digital video and programmatic efforts.

Over the past 15+ years he has held sales, strategy and business development roles for media companies, agencies and ad-tech firms including Microsoft, AT&T and the New Republic. He is also founder of Sober Executives, a non-profit focused on connecting and supporting professionals who choose to stay substance-free.

Ian holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University.
